Meet Nate
I was born and raised in Seattle and recently celebrated 30 years of being a broker in this area! I absolutely love what I do, the clients and the work are both wonderful and every day is different. The ability to help others and make a difference in their lives is one of my favorite parts about this business.
As a broker, I believe being honest and informative are crucial characteristics that I bring to the table. I also believe that knowledge is power and I always have facts and data to help my clients make informed decisions. Not only have I have experienced virtually every type of real estate market imaginable, I am also personally a real estate investor.
When it come to transactions I focus on the three P's: Presentation, Pricing and Promotion. I am very skilled at showcasing features that sell a home. My area's of expertise are in the Seattle, Renton, Bellevue, Kent, Des Moines and Federal Way areas in everything from residential resale, new homes, vacant land and investment properties.
Off the clock, I love sports and am a big Seahawks, Husky football and basketball fan! I love spending time with family and friends and also enjoy traveling and the outdoors.

Seattle is a fantastic city for a lot of reasons, but one of the best things about it is the natural beauty that surrounds us. Nothing beats a crystal clear day when you can see the Olympic Mountains and Mount Rainier. But even on rainy days which, yes, we do have a few of here, the views of Puget Sound and Lake Washington are breathtaking. Seattle has a rainy reputation, but our best kept secret is how spectacular our summers are. While a lot of the country is sweltering with heat and humidity, we're basking in the perfect warm days and our long summer days allow us to enjoy water sports, hiking and cycling and tending to our gardens. In the winter, skiing and snowboarding are only an hour away. People recognize Seattle by the Space Needle and Pike Place Market, but we also have a thriving arts and cultural scene, great art museums, symphony, opera, and ballet.

I have known Nate since 1995 when he helped us sell one home and by the home our children grew up in. Since then he helped me find a condo, helped my daughter and son in law sell a house and but the home they will raise their children in and he helped her mother in law sell a home. He is detail oriented and will always tell you the truth. Even if it's something you might not want to hear. In preparing your home to sell he tells you the important things to do and in looking for my home I thought it was interesting to find that other agents don't always offer the same advise. I trust him always.

Nate provided excellent support and services for us to make decision on our Bellevue home. He researched all the neighborhood properties and provided us the cost and investment trends.
